You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. For cancellations later than that, the cost of one night’s stay will be charged.
Please note! Special rules apply for Midsummer & Boat Week (week 31):
Cancellation must be made no later than 14 days before arrival.
No payment is required when booking – only a valid credit card to secure your reservation. Payment is made on-site.
For bookings for multiple guests, you, as the person making the booking, are fully responsible for payment unless otherwise agreed. For group bookings of five rooms or more, advance payment is required 14 days before arrival, and a 14-day cancellation policy applies.
